Hlbinka

Detská Hlbinka contains 120 questions and activities created by child psychologist Lívia Kašová. It is designed for children aged 4 to 12 – for younger children, parents or older siblings can help with the questions.

The most precious gift a parent can give a child is time and genuine interest. The right questions help a child understand their own experiences, build self-confidence and self-awareness, and lead them towards inner balance.

Hlbinka is a way to get closer to the world of children – their feelings, experiences and imagination – in a playful, natural way and without screens. It helps families spend time together in deep conversations where they talk, ask questions and listen.

The questions focus on gratitude, self-worth, empathy and imagination. At the same time, they teach children that it is okay to feel anger, disappointment or uncertainty. Some questions are marked with a special symbol – children can play these on their own with each other.

Hlbinka was created from the belief that childhood is a crucial period during which we learn to talk about our feelings. If we can do this from a young age, we find it easier to connect with others and with ourselves as adults.
