It is very easy to use. Simply remove the lid, pour in pieces of palo santo or other incense and light them. The lid fits tightly, so the pieces of wood remain safely enclosed inside. Then you can just enjoy the pleasant aroma. The lid can also be used separately as a base for burning pieces.
