Stone Holder By Paulinahlina

This collection was created in collaboration between SO.SLOW and Slovak ceramicist @paulina_hlina. Each piece is hand-shaped from clay and fired in a traditional wood-fired kiln. The ash from the wood burning during firing creates unique colour and texture shades on the surface – no two pieces are the same.

Functional ceramic objects – incense stick holders that also embody the value of honest craftsmanship and authentic production.

The holder consists of two parts – the upper cone is used to insert the incense stick, while the lower base catches the ash.

Use:

Place both parts on a stable, non-flammable surface.

Insert the stick into the hole in the holder. Light the end, let it burn for a moment, and then blow out the flame.
Make sure the stick is stable and that the ash falls on a safe surface. If you want to use the cone, place it directly on the upper surface of the holder. Light the tip and let it smoulder gently.

Never leave it burning unattended.
After use, allow the ceramic to cool and clean it with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
