We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the ordered goods do not suit you, you may return them according to the conditions below.

Right to return within 14 days

If you are purchasing as a consumer (private individual), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

If the order was delivered in several parts, the period begins on the day the last part of the goods is delivered.

You may notify us of your withdrawal from the contract by email or by post. You may also use the model withdrawal form, which is part of our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

How to return goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal from the contract, it is necessary to:

  • send the goods back within 14 days,
  • the goods must be unused, undamaged, clean, and in the same condition as when they were delivered to you,
  • clothing must have the original tags attached,
  • cosmetics must be unopened and in their original packaging,
  • books must not be damaged or visibly used,
  • the goods must include all original parts and any documentation.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery. The goods must be sent directly to the store address listed above. Parcels sent to parcel lockers (Z-Box, Balíkobox, AlzaBox, etc.) or to post offices will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We are not responsible for damage or loss during transport, therefore we recommend packaging the goods securely.

If your order included a free gift and, after returning the entire order or part of it, the conditions for receiving the gift are no longer met, please return the gift together with the goods. The gift must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, just like the other returned goods. If the gift is not returned or is not in an appropriate condition, we may charge its standard retail price.

Refunds

The paid amount will be refunded to you within 14 days from the effective withdrawal from the contract, using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.

The payment will be refunded after the returned goods have been received back by us.

When goods cannot be returned

In accordance with applicable legislation, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract in particular in the following cases:

  • cosmetic products and other goods sealed for hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken,
  • goods made to order or according to specific customer requirements,
  • goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,
  • digital content delivered electronically with the customer’s prior consent to immediate performance.

Liability for reduced value of goods

You may try the goods in the same way as you would in a physical store. However, if the goods are damaged or their value is reduced due to excessive use, we may charge you for the resulting loss in value.
